Bear vs Salmon is a prediction market based on game theory's famous prisoner's dilemma. Here's everything you need to know.
The Game
Players are paired and must independently choose between two strategies: Salmon (cooperate) or Bear (defect). Neither player knows what the other will choose until both have decided.

How to Bet
Connect Your Wallet

Choose a Market
Browse active markets and pick a player pairing you want to predict. Each market shows current odds and total pool size.
Predict the Outcome
Select one of four possible outcomes. Your funds join the pool immediately and you'll see the updated odds.
Wait for Resolution
Once both players choices are revealed, the admin resolves the outcome on-chain.
Claim Your Winnings
If you predicted correctly, claim your proportional share of the entire pool. Winners split the pot!
Payout Calculation
This is a parimutuel market. All bets go into a shared pool, and winners split the entire pool proportionally based on their bet size.
Fees
Platform Fee
Charged on all bets
1% fee on all bets. If a market is invalidated or cancelled, you receive a full refund of your original bet minus the platform fee.
